The project encompasses 132 apartments units outside køge city, common facilities and a service building. The apartments are distributed on 6 floors and consist of 24 different plan – types. The circular building shape originates from our ambition to reduce traffic noise internally within the units as well as in the common areas outside. At the same time, the sloping roof ensures views and sun light to arrive at the lower levels of the buildings. Optimal logistics for cyclist and pedestrians are archives through the 3 path – and gateways that connect the court yard to the surroundings, including the park and the city.
